The GR4 Chasteuil – Rougon (0 km): for a mosaic of Provencal landscapes and a tasty pancake on arrival,
Cadières de Brandis by the summit of Pré Chauvin (0 km): to feel very small in the midst of so much geology,
Le Roc de Castellane (8 km): for an eagle perspective of our village of character and its wonderful valley,
The summit of Destourbes (8 km): for incredible views of Lake Castillon and the wildest lake of Chaudane
The end of the Martel Blanc trail from Point Sublime (9.1 km): for just crazy views from inside the canyon,
Le mourre de Chanier (9.3 km): to get off the beaten track and discover tranquil and desert landscapes,
The belvedere of Rancoumas (9.5 km): for a dizzying hike with (only) 519 meters of elevation gain
The tour or the summit of Robion (10 km): to climb the first pre-Alpine summit and (re) get into physical condition.
Wild water activities
Rafting (3.6 km): for a more adventurous rafting route from the Pont de Soleils
Family raft (8 km): for a family course, accessible to all from 6 years old, starting from the village of Castellane
Canyoning in the downstream Jabron (5 km): for a fun course in a cute canyon
Aquatic hike (9.5 km): to let yourself go over the water, at the foot of the vertiginous cliffs of the Verdon canyon from the Samson corridor belvedere
Pretty villages
Chasteuil (2.5 km): one of the prettiest villages in the area with its stone houses and peaceful, timeless atmosphere,
Castellane (8 km): the flagship village of the Gorges du Verdon, overlooked by its rock which has become its symbol. Its Wednesday and Saturday markets, its pedestrian streets where it is good to stroll,
Taloire: (8 km): after the newly rebuilt road that climbs up this pretty mountain, where the ruins bear witness to a rich medieval past, time seems to have stopped there,
Rougon (9.3 km): the hilltop village where the griffon vultures were reintroduced, ideal for unique perspective above the canyon,
Trigance (10 km): the most medieval of the villages around, dominated by its castle which has now become a restaurant.
